Ben McMurtrie
Director
A member of the North Olmsted faculty since 2005, Ben McMurtrie has a bachelor’s of music from Bowling Green State University and a master’s of music from Kent State University. He previously was director of bands at Kirtland Local Schools and a graduate assistant at Kent State.
Carey Whitehouse

A member of the North Olmsted faculty for more than 25 years, Carey Whitehouse has a bachelor’s of music education from Baldwin-Wallace College and a master’s of education from Ashland University. She plays French horn in the Bay Village Community Band.
